Transform 2025 in Las Vegas was nothing short of exceptional. Bringing together the most forward-thinking, people-first leaders in the HR and talent space, the event was packed with energy, ideas, and meaningful conversations.

We were proud to have our CEO, Joseph Blass, take to the Innovation Stage to share how in-house talent teams can use Ezekia’s ATS to streamline workflows, enhance automation, and transform talent acquisition.

From improving executive search efficiency to showcasing what’s next in talent tech, it was an exciting opportunity to highlight how Ezekia supports both search firms and in-house teams.

Our Head of Growth, Max Woolger, also attended and connected with familiar faces from across our network, including teams from Teneo, Westwood & Wilshire LLC, Westview Advisors, Calibre One, Riviera Partners, and SwingSearch.

Despite a few travel hiccups on the way home, Ezekia is already looking forward to returning to Transform next year!
