Head of Customer Success
Andy Newell
Andy has worked in IT for over three decades, in roles ranging from first-line support to consultant and for a variety of household name organisations (including the BBC and the British Government). Andy joined Ezekia seven years ago and has managed the Customer Success team for the last 18 months.
If you are ever on a call with him, you might recognise his voice – Andy does the voiceover on all our tutorial videos!

Ben Wray
Before joining Ezekia, Ben had experience in the recruitment industry.
Outside of the office, Ben is a real racket sports enthusiast. As well as his interest in sports, Ben is an avid linguist. His passion for languages led to him spending a year in Siberia.

Clive Hennessy
Clive has 5 years in the Recruitment SaaS industry, and has 9 years experience in Client Success and Account Management.
Clive is an avid hiker throughout the world; he has completed the 105-mile Tour Du Mont Blanc and has traversed most of the Western US National Parks.
Clive is a full-time Father to a flock of ravenous Ducks!

Hannah Womack
Hannah is a seasoned Account Manager having spent 10 years working within the Digital Marketing and Tech ‘Software as a Service’ space. She is passionate about Customer Success.
Hannah enjoys travelling and exploring new places, Pilates, getting stuck into a book, and spending time with family & friends.

Phil Rogers
Phil has an extensive background in service management and IT operations, with a deep passion for technology.
Outside of work, he enjoys taking on tech challenges—whether it’s building custom PCs for friends and family or learning new skills for DIY projects.
