Just two days after the M&A Founders Forum, the Ezekia team was back at the Institute of Directors (IoD) in London for Hunt Scanlon Media’s “The New Arms Race in AI Talent Intelligence”.

This high-profile event brought together over 250 global CHROs, AI platform founders, executive search leaders, and talent strategists to explore how artificial intelligence is redefining the future of executive hiring.

Joseph Blass, CEO of Ezekia, joined a panel of industry leaders, including IBM, Standard Chartered Bank, and Heidrick & Struggles, for a session titled “AI and the Human Element – Redefining Recruitment in a Digital World”. The discussion explored how search firms and talent teams are integrating AI into their workflows while maintaining a focus on human judgment, empathy, and connection at the heart of the process.

Max Woolger, Ezekia’s Head of Growth, also attended, connecting with peers and partners throughout the day. The event featured insights from global leaders, including Microsoft, WPP, and ZRG, who examined the opportunities and challenges that AI brings to talent strategy.

Ezekia was proud to support the conference as a Gold Sponsor, Lanyard Sponsor, and Exhibitor, contributing to an event that tackled one of the most important conversations shaping the industry today: how technology and humanity can work hand in hand to build better leadership outcomes.

The day ended with a lively drinks reception and great conversations, a fitting close to a busy and impactful year of industry events.
