Ezekia was delighted to attend the ENEX Global Meeting 2026 in Amsterdam, joining partners from across the international executive search community for a series of discussions focused on the future of the industry.
Hosted by CONFIUS at the historic Koninklijke Industrieele Groote Club, the event brought together representatives from over 40 countries, highlighting the strength and reach of the ENEX global network.
Representing Ezekia as Tech Innovation Partner, Max Woolger took to the stage to share insights on how technology is supporting executive search firms as they adapt to an increasingly fast-moving and complex landscape.

A key theme throughout the event was the evolving role of AI in executive search. Discussions focused not on theory, but on practical implementation - how firms can move from curiosity to capability, and ultimately to execution.
Across sessions and workshops, one message came through clearly: the future of executive search will be shaped by those who can successfully combine human expertise with intelligent technology.

The event also provided an opportunity to connect with both clients and new contacts from across the ENEX network, reinforcing the importance of collaboration and relationship-building in international executive search.

With strong participation from across the globe, the meeting reflected the shared ambition within ENEX not just to respond to change, but to actively shape the future of the industry.

Beyond the sessions, the setting itself added to the experience, with the historic venue and the city of Amsterdam providing the backdrop for a highly engaging and productive event.
