Ezekia at AESC Summit: Championing Leadership in Hong Kong
The 2026 AESC Global Summit on Leadership kicked off in Hong Kong with a welcome reception that set the tone for the days ahead, bringing together leaders from executive search, leadership consulting, talent advisory and the wider business community for an evening of genuine connection before the main programme began.
Over the summit itself, conversation ranged widely: leadership in an AI-enabled world, the evolving role of the CHRO, CEO decision-making, energy transition, human capability, and the future of talent and work across APAC. The calibre of the speaker lineup matched the ambition of the topics, drawing senior voices from across the region's search, consulting and corporate leadership community.
Our CEO, Joseph Blass, was there throughout, catching up with clients and friends from across the executive search world and taking in a summit that, once again, made clear how much this global community has to offer each other.
