Ezekia was delighted to attend Transform 2026 in Las Vegas, one of the leading global events focused on the future of work, talent, and technology.
Bringing together HR leaders, talent professionals, and technology innovators from across the world, Transform continues to be a key moment in the calendar for those shaping the future of talent acquisition and leadership.
Representing Ezekia, CEO Joseph Blass and VP of Revenue Max Woolger spent the week connecting with peers, partners, and industry leaders, taking part in a packed agenda of discussions around AI, talent strategy, and the evolving role of technology in recruitment.

Throughout the event, the team had the opportunity to showcase how Ezekia’s CRM and ATS platform is helping executive search firms streamline workflows, improve client engagement, and adapt to an increasingly tech-driven landscape.
A particular highlight of the week was hosting an Ezekia Talent Breakfast, bringing together industry professionals for valuable conversations, knowledge sharing, and new connections in a more informal setting.
Transform is known not only for its content, but for creating an environment where meaningful conversations happen naturally. From insightful sessions to chance meetings, the event once again delivered a strong sense of community across the global talent ecosystem.

And, in true Transform fashion, there were also some lighter moments along the way, including the now-famous Wagmo puppies, which quickly became a favourite among attendees.

While the week was packed with conversations and content, there was also a chance to take in some of the surroundings. Max and Joseph took a short trip to visit the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead, making the most of being in Las Vegas.

With so much innovation and forward-thinking discussion taking place, it’s clear that the future of executive search and talent acquisition will continue to be shaped by the balance between technology and human expertise.
We’re already looking forward to the next one.
