Ezekia at AltoPartners Global Conference 2025: Visionary Leadership in a Shifting World

From November 12–14, London played host to the AltoPartners Global Conference 2025, where delegates from 37 countries came together to explore the evolving landscape of leadership and executive search.

Joseph Blass, Ezekia's CEO and Max Woolger, Ezekia’s Head of Growth, joined this extraordinary gathering that featured a world-class line-up of speakers, bold panel discussions, and plenty of cross-border collaboration.

This year’s theme, “London Eye to AI”, focused on visionary leadership in times of change with AI and innovation at the heart of the conversation. From navigating global uncertainty with leaders like Sir Rupert Soames and Bina Mehta, to debating the role of AI in recruitment with thinkers like Tom Chatfield, the agenda was as future-focused as it was thought-provoking.

Ezekia was proud to support the event as one of the sponsors, and it was brilliant to see the platform featured in various presentations and materials throughout the conference.

Beyond the insights and strategy sessions, the event was also a chance to connect, collaborate, and celebrate the power of a truly global network. Our thanks to The Inzito Partnership and AltoPartners for organising such a meaningful, energising experience.
